Parachuting Santa and Visit at AV Ford Lincoln!

Santa's got style! Yesterday at noon a crowd of anxious children and their parents waited to witness the arrival of dear old Santa Claus. As promised, he flew in the Lancaster Auto Mall, jumped out of the plane, and parachuted over the crowd and landed safely on the ground. After that, he stopped at each dealership to visit all the kids waiting to see him.
Santa arrived at AV Ford Lincoln dealership around 2:30pm. Unfortunately, there weren't very many children there to visit him at that time. I imagine most of the crowd went to the first place he went. Santa greeted the few children that came to see him and took their gift requests. One of our fellow salesmen even got in on the action and took a picture with his baby daughter and Santa. Afterwards, Santa had some time to kill, so we took him around the lot to see some of the new cars! He was really drawn to the red and green cars. He also took the opportunity to show us one of his many talents and sing us a little song. Take some time to look through the pictures!

A Letter From Our Owner

To Our Valued Customers:

We at AV Karsmart understand that you are shopping on the Internet because you are looking for a unique auto buying experience. It is our goal to provide you that experience. When you inquire about a certain vehicle and make an appointment, we promise the vehicle will be pulled from the inventory and will be waiting in our VIP display area, gassed, cleaned, and ready for you to drive.

We will also attempt to park other similar vehicles next to the one that you inquired about, in order to give you some comparisons. As you might know, the credit process in a new car dealership can sometimes take up to two or three hours.

By giving us a credit application over the phone or over the Internet, we can save you that time. In order words, by giving us the information in advance and picking out your vehicle over the Internet, we can save you a considerable amount of time, effort, and multiple dealer shopping by assuring you that you are getting the absolute best possible deal before you purchase.

Our Internet Sales Representatives have extensive knowledge of the vehicles, factory financing, rebate programs, and trade allowance. Please E-mail your questions and we will answer as quickly as possible. Our goal is to respond within 45 minutes to all Internet inquiries.

Kerry Cole Shares His Story About His Ford Ranger

(Thank you Kerry for your kind words!)

Dear AV Ford,
I won a Honda car in 1998 from KTPI and Robertson Honda. I took it over to you and traded it on a Ranger XLT 2.5 liter plus a couple grand and I'm still driving it today with 308,000 original trouble free miles on her. I took my daughters to kindergarten and now to highschool & college. If you ever need me for any promotional purposes, just let me know and I would be happy to do it! Ford builds a "Great Truck"!

Thank you, Kerry Cole
